Bishop Stephan (Bilak), our Bishop and Vicar of the parishes of the Ukrainian Orthodox
Patriarchate of Kiev, in the U.S. and Canada, passed into eternity on November 10, 2006. He was 89 years
old.
He was ordained a bishop of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church Patriarchate
of Kiev, in May, 2002 at the Church of St. Nicholas, Cooper City, Florida, by his Holiness Patriarch Filaret during his visit
to the United States in 2002.
